Watermark Apartments in Huskisson is a thoughtfully conceived, small-footprint development that has become a model for high density, residential design within a constrained suburban context.  

The development consists of twelve apartments, consisting of both two and three bedroom arrangements. The context of the site allowed the design to be driven by highlighting views towards both the water and bushland.
