Located on Oxford Street in Bondi Junction, Bondi Central is a 14 storey residential building that includes 86 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, as well as basement parking. The building contains a retail lined base with apartments located in the podium and tower forms above. The development incorporates a through-site link that features a dramatic central atrium, bringing natural light through to the centre of the building, as well as communal facilities including a substantial landscaped rooftop garden.

The development is one of a number of recent projects that are defining the emerging character of Oxford Street, Bondi Junction.
