The Goodstart Childcare Centre occupies an existing level of a shopping centre originally planned to be two office spaces separated by a central atrium open to the sky. 

This project explores the blurring of exterior and interior environments through materiality and operable walls to create a prototype for future childcare facilities which face similar constraints related to a lack of direct external access for outdoor play areas.
